How do agencies see service performance in ProSight?

What it does: ProSight’s analytics dashboard shows how agency services are performing without waiting on a custom report or pulling data manually.

What it shows: revenue collected over a selected date range, payments broken down by method, and trend data over time. The Usage tab shows resident registrations, login activity, and app downloads by platform. Each user sees only the data for the services and tenants they have access to.

ProSight’s Analytics dashboard gives agency leaders an on-demand view of service performance and resident engagement — without waiting on a custom report or pulling data manually.

From the dashboard, staff with analytics access can review revenue collected, see a breakdown of payments by method, and track trends over a selected date range. The Usage tab shows how residents are engaging with the agency’s app — including user registrations, login activity, and app downloads by platform.

The dashboard is scoped to the services and tenants each user can access, so the data shown is always relevant to their role.
