PayIt Accessibility Statement

PayIt is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continue to make changes to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

Wherever possible, PayIt aims to adhere to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The guidelines state that web content should be:

  • Perceivable – Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive (by touch, sound, or sight for example).
  • Operable – User interface components and navigation must be operable (without a mouse, with voice commands, or with a screen magnifier for example).
  • Understandable – Information and the operation of user interfaces must be easy to understand.
  • Robust – Content must be robust enough to work with different browsers and assistive technologies, and use technologies in ways that will make it usable with browsers and assistive technologies of the future.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of PayIt’s products and services. If you have experienced any accessibility barriers, please let us know by emailing AccessibilityFeedback@payitgov.com.
