What it does: Residents can pay a traffic or parking violation online, one at a time or several at once, without visiting an office or calling in.

How it works: Residents search for a violation by citation number or find it already linked to their account. Violation details, including amount and due date, appear before payment. Multiple outstanding violations can be paid in a single transaction. Residents receive a confirmation they can save or print. Payments post automatically with no manual processing required.

When a resident receives a violation, paying it through PayIt takes just a few steps.

From their account, residents can look up the violation or find it already linked to their profile. The violation details — including the amount due and any applicable due date — are displayed before they pay.

If a resident has more than one outstanding violation, they can pay multiple at once in a single transaction. From there, residents select their preferred payment method and submit.

Once payment is submitted, they receive a confirmation they can save or print.
