eBilling Enrollment

This quick video shows how residents opt into eBilling and start getting bills digitally instead of by mail.

How do residents enroll in eBilling?

What it does: eBilling lets residents receive bills digitally and get notified when a new one is ready, cutting paper costs for agencies and giving residents faster access to their bills.

How enrollment works: Residents opt in from their account in a few seconds. They choose which accounts to enroll, property tax, utility, vehicle registration, and set a notification preference: email, text, or both. From that point, they view and pay bills directly through PayIt without waiting for mail.

Residents who enroll in eBilling stop receiving paper statements and start getting their bills digitally instead.

Enrollment takes a few seconds. From their account, residents opt in to eBilling for any eligible account — a property tax bill, a utility account, a vehicle registration. They choose how they want to be notified when a new bill is ready: by email, by text, or both.

From that point on, residents can view and pay each bill directly through PayIt without waiting for mail to arrive.

For your agency, eBilling reduces printing and mailing costs and gives residents one less reason to call.
