Jackson County offers tax payment by phone in English and Spanish

In partnership with PayIt, the Jackson County, Missouri Collection Department, announced the addition of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to its online payments platform, myJacksonCounty. IVR is the latest feature we have deployed to the platform, which was initially launched in 2019. IVR offers expanded accessibility and convenience to Jackson County residents, while also reducing the amount of payments calls agency staff needs to support — ultimately creating a better experience for Jackson County residents and employees.
