Our Client Success and Integration teams work alongside our government client’s key stakeholders to pull-in the appropriate data sets, set up ongoing automated mechanics and ensure the user experience is seamless. Bringing together these various data sources into a single, seamless user experience can be done by a few integration vehicles, including REST or SOAP APIs or flat-file exchanges.

We work alongside our government clients’ subject matter experts to configure the correct solution and ensure all of the relevant data, business rules, specifications and branding are accurate.

I am passionate about implementing solutions that allow systems to communicate together that traditionally have not been able to, or the cost to do so is extreme. Fitting these pieces of the puzzle together is the heart of what system integration is.
