During implementation, our team will work closely with our clients to configure the reporting to ensure it supports or enhances the needs of existing back-office processes. Advanced administration tools are included in this to establish a baseline of transparency and easy-to-understand reporting for employees.
Configurations will be based on relevant data fields to the service, and are initially intended for reconciliation and integration with financial systems and systems of record. We understand that agencies may have additional analytical needs, luckily we have a team ready just for that!
